Hi everyone! My name is Jas, I am the founder of Target Sports Therapy (est 2020). An experienced and committed sports therapist, graduating from Coventry University in 2016, giving me 9 years of experience in this industry.
I have previously worked with Basketball and Ice Hockey teams, and experienced in working with those with disabilities.
I’ve previously competed in a white-collar boxing event a few years ago to raise money for Cancer Research UK and looking to do another.
Providing high quality and professionally tailored treatments I will work with you as an individual conducting a comprehensive assessment. A bespoke treatment plan and a structured rehabilitation programme will be created, while minimising the risk of re-injury. I am based in Coventry but cover Bedworth, Kenilworth, Warwick, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby and surrounding areas.
Target Sports Therapy delivers injury management for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
I deliver a bespoke set of services matched to each person’s unique needs. I respond to your needs first through detailed education and second by offering different forms of treatment.
To meet the demands of busy lives, I offer flexible evening and weekend working hours as well as an easy to access video or telephone based consultation service for when you cannot attend but need advice and support.
